The Northeast Regional Children’s Advocacy Center enhances the important work of professionals helping child abuse victims. They do this by customizing the support they provide State Chapters, CACs, and MDTs in the Northeast region, providing the latest training and technical assistance, and facilitating connection and collaboration within the region and beyond.

Project Overview

Without a clear messaging strategy as well as brand assets, NRCAC was investing many hours reinventing the wheels of their operation. Using our ABC Methodology, we gave them tools and insight to create compelling and engaging on-brand materials to support their work, describe that work with ease and consistency, and better align their offerings with the needs of the professionals that they support.

Messaging Strategy

Unlike most of our nonprofit clients, NRCAC did not need to increase donations since they are completely funded by the United States Department of Justice. Instead, they needed our help ensuring that all the other organizations they could help understand what they were all about.
